Speaking about it frees up that energy\, leaving you room to find more joy in living. \nIn this free information session we’ll explore some approaches to planning and having conversations about things that really matter: major life changes\, your health\, quality of life\, where you’d like to live as you age\, and ultimately how you’d like to leave this world. \nContact the organizer to register or if you have any questions. \nThis session will be hosted on Zoom.
