DESCRIPTION:Dying without a Will isn’t a good idea. If you don’t have a Will when you die\, if it’s not up to date\, or if it cannot be located\, your assets get stuck in probate\, a court-appointed administrator is assigned to deal with the estate\, and the province uses a mathematical formula to decide who gets what. Not ideal. \nIn this free information session we’ll look at what happens when you die without a valid will and how having up to date documents can save your loved ones and your estate time\, money\, stress and grief. \nContact the organizer to register or if you have any questions. \nThis session will be hosted on Zoom. You will be emailed a Zoom link shortly before the session. Click the link in your email to join the session. Your video and microphone will be turned off when you join\, and you can decide whether to participate via video\, audio\, or both. You may be asked to download Zoom if it is your first time using the app. Zoom is free to use for session attendees.
