Death Cafe Edmonton is a group-directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives, or themes. Death Cafe is a safe place to get comfortable discussing all things death, while maybe eating something yummy and drinking something refreshing.
Our objective is ‘to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives’. This is neither a grief support group nor a counselling session, nor is there any particular expected outcome, just people getting together to explore thoughts on death and dying in a respectful way.
