Dying without a Will isn’t a good idea. If you don’t have a Will when you die, if it’s not up to date, or if it cannot be located, your assets get stuck in probate, a court-appointed administrator is assigned to deal with the estate, and the province uses a mathematical formula to decide who gets what. Not ideal.

In this free information session we’ll look at what happens when you die without a valid will and how having up to date documents can save your loved ones and your estate time, money, stress and grief.
